About the event

The workshops are designed to build upon each other as a three session course. However, it is possible to experience them as stand alone modules.

As a participant, you will have the opportunity to do some simple diagnostic questionnaires to help you understand your current state and identify where you can devote some energy to improve your wellbeing through soulfulness.

Throughout, we will work with some simple techniques and easy to do practices.

These workshops will be participative and practical in nature. They will be held in the safe and confidential space at Art & Soul. Places will be limited to ensure people can gain maximum support.

Each workshop costs £25 (non-refundable) and this includes workbook materials, tea/coffee/refreshments. If you sign up for the three workshops – the complete course – the price is £60. Fees are payable up front.

This workshop is 3 hours and will run on Saturday morning 12th November from 0900-1200

The course is led by Tim Richardson, founder of Art&Soul, who is also a Director of Waverley Learning – a boutique consultancy that provides Executive Coaching, Personal and Leadership Development. He is also a Director of Lambourne End – an outdoor learning centre specialising in work with young people from disadvantaged backgrounds.
